G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê (/ˈfokɘ/ /ˈsèqi/ [hard; solid; compact] [east]) is a subtropical Town located in the Sëcëngêki Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê was founded by Ambylus Shonhê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê receives an average of 153 cm/y (60 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 5858 m (19219 ft) above sea level.
Overview
G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê was founded durring the early 13th century in summer of the year 1241, by Ambylus Shonhê. The establishment of G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Ambylus Shonhê electing to pay people to resettle in G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê.
G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê is buildings folow an organic layout of premissive baked earthen streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's peasent-grade are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Right off the bat G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Many of those buildings are schools, scriptoriums, and even one college. One can only wonder what knowledge the town has come into.
Civic Infrastructure
G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê.

G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê's grid is powered by an arcane means.
G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
One or more crime bosses have a powerful influence within G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê. They may control crime within the community itself, or they may use it simply as a safe haven from which to direct their minions elsewhere. Local law enforcement may know all about them, but lack the strength to confront them and their paid or intimidated henchmen.
G̈cêl-sèqi Fêqê's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
